Tropical Trek

Sometimes our ordinary life can make us feel trapped.  We can feel trapped by our worries, our doubts, our fears, and our sin. Sometimes we just wish we could break out and be free from these struggles.  Through this escape room-themed VBS, kids will not only solve fun puzzles throughout the week but will also learn that only God has the power to come in and break us out of the ordinary to lead us to the extraordinary.

Join us for crafts, games both indoor and outdoor, snacks, and learning about some of the greatest escapes in the Bible.  At the end of the week the kids will know what they need to escape the ordinary and become extraordinary.

**Here is some key information to have handy for the week of VBS, June 8th thru June 12th, 2026.

8:45 AM -Doors open
9:00 AM -VBS will begin in the Sanctuary
9:20 AM to 11:15 AM -Groups will start rotating thru their scheduled stations which includes: Snack, Indoor Game, Crafts, Bible Lesson and Games! 
11:18 AM -All will gather back in the Sanctuary for a brief wrap-up of the day
12:00 PM-All kids will be released to their families

*On Friday at pick-up there will be a brief slideshow with pictures from the week for all the families! Please stay seated during this time. After the brief program is over, they will be released to gather things and depart with their families. Please note that on this day, VBS will end a little later. *

 

Each day we ask each child to wear the following colors:
Monday -Purple
Tuesday -Orange
Wednesday -Blue
Thursday -Red
Friday -Green

Additionally-

All families are also invited to worship with us on June 15th at 10:15 AM! During this service there will be a slideshow of the past week's VBS and the kids will sing some of the songs!
