Our 2nd Annual Trunk-or-Treat/Movie Night will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM on Saturday, October 25th. Park in our parking lot, pop the trunk or hatch, decorate (optional) and pass out treats during the parade, which will begin at 6:15 PM. At 6:45 PM, we'll retreat to Fellowship Hall for our yearly viewing of "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" while enjoying hot dogs, cider, and popcorn. Last year we had an amazing turnout with over 125 people in attendance, so please share this event with friends, family, and neighbors.
Special Ministries Pizza Party and Halloween Dance will be held in the church’s Fellowship Hall on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 from 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. If you would like to help chaperone the dance or make cookies, please call Lana Custer or Joan Rush. If you know of anyone who would like to attend the dance please extend an invitation to them.All Saints and Souls Day Luncheon – The congregation is invited to attend the All Saints and Souls Day Luncheon on November 2, 2014 in Fellowship Hall. Our Luncheon will take place following the worship service. Please plan to attend to honor the life of the church and the precious ones who have passed since last year. All are welcome. The Music and Worship Committee is sponsoring this event and a free-will offering will be taken. Please join us.
ADULT BIBLE STUDY – This new Sunday school class, led by Rev. Miller, continues this Sunday morning at 9 AM. We are studying the Gospel of Matthew. All adults are invited to attend. Previous Bible study experience is not needed for this class. There will not be a class on October 26th. Study will resume on November 2nd.
Women’s Association will be collecting items for the Women’s Help Center. Any items to help the Women and children would be greatly appreciated, such as diapers, wipes, blankets, soap, toothpaste, clothing, etc. are all welcome. We will have a box set up by the church office for you to place your items in. Thank you.
